Kareem El-korityAA-£7,000£14,000£11,000Dit is important for a business like Jaytson's to have a strong cash flow because a large amount of their profits are being used to purchase assets and other essentials that the business needs E.G:ink and paper.an advantage of delaying payments to suppliers is that it gives Jaytson printing a longer amount of time to pay them.
A disadvantage of this is that it may effects the relationship between the business and the supplier and may leed to the supplier losing trust in the business.

Lewis wakeAC-700014000-11000Da strong cash flow is important for a business like jayston printing because it allows him to expand if he decides to and he wont need to worry about repaying bank loans etc. jayston printing would also be able to buy more assests for the business to help improve quality.advantage= improved cash flow because of less outflow.

disadvantage= the supplier may want payments on time and this could affect the relationship between the supplier and jayston printing

sianneAB700014000-11000Dbecause they are then able to pay back the loan for the new equiptment.delaying payments to suppliers can help jayston printing because they are then able to pay off loans or use the moeny that the business would have used to pay the suppliers on something else that is needed for the business, and not worry about the money they own their suppliers for a certain period of time

however, if the business does this then the suppliers may see it as the business not being reliable and not being able to pay on time which will make the supliers not want to do business with jayston.

Mohammad NooriCD-700014000-11000Dif a machinery breaks they need money to buy a new one and if they don't have a good cash flow they would have to loan money. One advantage of it is that you will have more time making the money back.
One disadvantage is that your cash flow might go more towards the negative side.
6
Jaime JohnsonCD-700014,000-11,000DA strong cashflow is important because the business already has a loan on top of their total payments, so they would need more money going into the business, so it is guarenteed that they would be able to pay it back instead of going into debt and not having enough money to buy assests for the business.Advantage- The business can use the delayed payments for more important payments such as better quality equipment for the business, or paying off other loans.

AC-£7,000£14,000£11,000DIt is important for a business such as Jayston Printing to have a strong cash flow because they need to be constantly printing new leaflets and magazines. This implies that if they don't have enough money to keep updating and printing new magazines, their business would be pointless and they would lose all of their customers.

In addition to this, it is important that they don't depend on bank loans to survive in the market.
One advantage of delaying payment to suppliers is that they will have more money therefore they will be able to print all the new things that they need to print. This means that they will be able to make more money, and be able to pay their suppliers later.

However, the disadvantage is that this may make their suppliers change to another business that pays instantly. In addition to this, by delaying payment to their suppliers, if they don't manage to make enough money later to pay them, or if they lose all the money that they have, they will be in debt with their suppliers.

vicky dAC-700014000-11000DA strong cash flow represents balance. Equally outflow as inflow. However it is important to have a higher inflow.

A strong cash flow allows a business to be able to pay more OUT of the business , for more assets or for added value or even for employee satisfaction.

However a strong cash flow allows for a high cash inflow. Giving the business profit, to pay workers or for development for the business or for personal profit.

For Jayston Printing, this is important, to have decent assets (outflow) and for personal profit (inflow).
An advantage for delaying payments for a business like Jayston Printing, is more time. More time for cash INFLOW, to pay off cash OUTFLOW. The delay of the payment, allows the business a smaller cash OUTFLOW because its the same amount of payment, over a longer period of time, the longer period of time, the more cash INFLOW. Therefore more profit, and a smaller cash outflow. IMPROVEMENT!

A disadvantage is if profit (INFLOW) is not strong, the delay of payments could INCREASE the payment, this is because of interest.
Interest, over a long period of time. Waiting for cash INFLOW, if the business is going 'down hill' can take too long. Therefore interest appears, increasing your payment (OUTFLOW) and decreasing your profit (INFLOW).

AC-£7,000£14,000£11,000DA strong Cash Flow is important for a business such as Jayston Printing because of the need of having to keep printing magazines, leaflets and posters.
Also the Cash Flow has to be strong in this particular business as it says that the business has had problems with payments by customers so a strong cash flow would help in this occasion.
Advantage - Cash flow should be improved because of late payments by customers. Delaying payments to suppliers would allow the business to still have money for more cash flow, for example for printing more leaflets, magazines and posters so Jayston can carry on surviving.

Disadvantage - The suppliers might get mad with the business and therefore they would not want to give any further support to the business and this would be a huge problem for Jayston as it already has had problems with payments by customers and this would cause Jayston to probably lose money.

Abbie FosterAC-700014000-11000Da strong cash flow is important for a business like jayston printing because it allows them to expand and he wont need to worry about paying back a bank loan.an advantage of delaying payments to suppliers is that they are able to pay back loans or use the money that the business would have used to pay suppliers for something the business needs.
a disadvantage is that the suppliers could lose trust and feel that the business is unreliable and may not want to do business with hem anymore and finding new suppliers at short notice would be a downfall due to no supply's due to more time to find supplier.

Shai MaguireAC-400014000-11000DA strong cash flow is important to a business like Jayston Printing as because the business took out a bank loan for the machinery. If Jayston Printing could not pay back the bank loan the bank would have the right to take away the business' assets which would result in the business not being able to maintain stability.-----------------------

AC-400014000-11000DA strong cash flow is important for a business like Jaystons Printing because he has got a loan from the bank to pay for his new machinery so if he has a bad cash flow the bank will take away the businesses assets, meaning his business will not be able to function. Advantage- The advantage is that he will have a longer time to come up with the first payment, meaning he may be able to buy more of the product and delay his next order to the company.

Disadvantage-The disadvantage is that the business will owe the company money for a longer period of time so if they go bankrupt they will still owe the other company money.
