ran for about 35mins - still a little gloopy
60 mins run, no build up; almost scoops! very tart! Can't taste the choc60 mins, used gelato rotor55mins run on icecream rotor; was pretty much all on the rotor at that point - could have been shorter70g of choc melted in, 30g added chopped up; 30mins scraped down, added choc; ran for another 5 mins. Looked a bit sloppy, shook after I put it in. Mixed cocoa with the GS+Xall 60g melted in; gelato beater, 43mins - started to gather round beater but was still quite sloppyscrapable!

I'm using tesco 85% cocoa solid chocolate - i.e. VERY darkdid 500ml kettle water with cornflour, so didn't take long in uwave, then used the other 200ml to the golden syrup/xanthan mix

add chocolate in small chunks, stir well
2015-05-24 as 2015-05-16 except run the machine for 15mins empty to cool it down, decanted after 35mins
