Use this sheet when you want to keep the percentage of your liquid savings that's in Bitcoin within a certain range (e.g. 25-35%).

Target %The nominal percentage of your liquid savings that you would like to be in the form of Bitcoins.

ToleranceNumber of percentage points of deviation from your target that you will tolerate, either up or down, before rebalancing.

USD SavingsThe number of US dollars you have in liquid savings accounts.

BTC SavingsThe number of Bitcoins you have.

Exch. rate $/BTCThe current market exchange rate in US dollars per Bitcoin.

Val. of BTCThe value of your Bitcoin holdings in US dollars at the current exchange rate.

TOTAL SAVINGSThe combined value of your USD plus BTC holdings, expressed in US dollars.

Target PriceThe US$/BTC exchange rate at which your portfolio would be perfectly balanced (at your target percentage).

TO REBALANCE NOW:Use these columns if your portfolio is not even approximately balanced and you would like to quickly get it balanced.

#BTC to (+) Buy or (-) SellIf you want to balance your portfolio right now (at the current exchange rate) you should immediately buy (if positive) or sell (if negative) this many Bitcoins.

US$ in (+) or out (-)If you do immediately rebalance in that way, you will acquire (+) or spend (-) this many US dollars in that exchange.

BUY THRESHOLD:Use these columns if you would like to place a standing buy order to keep your %BTC from falling below your minimum tolerance.
