North Central Valley
We originally presented a 2 phase plan to the head planner of the Sacramento County building Division
The planner rejected it because he said it would not comply with our present use for the property at that size of an increase.
This week our Architect will submit a plan (a reduced phase 1) which would be about half the size but still includes the remodeling of all the interiors of the existing buildings. We will be asking for Phase 2 later on.
Pray the Lord’s will be accomplished to meet the need of the saints in a timely way 		4/27/2025Mike Baginski
