Tyson McMillanProfessor of Computer Science, Tarrant County College, Fort Worth, UStdmcmillan2001@yahoo.comDaveJan McSorleySurvey follow-up sent Feb 4thResponse: My areas of interest/expertise are technology education, information science, databases, metadata, technology consulting, computer systems design, web design, web accessibility, internet-based information systems, computer programming, and related areas.
Scholarly research does indeed take place at the community college level where I teach as well. I would ask that the TF consider the important impact of community colleges in this effort. Tarrant County College, for instance, has 55,000 students in a single semester. These students also interact with web-based systems.
