How to Create a Personalized Greeting Card Order with PS Post: Frequently Asked Questions
19
Do all my cards get mailed at once? Can you send them individually for birthdays?
20
PS Post can do both! You can specify which type of order this is in Step 1 of the Order Choices tab. If you want all of your cards to be mailed on the same date, choose, "Group Send."
If you'd prefer your cards be mailed individually based on a date (like birthday cards or client anniversaries), select, "Mail Individually by Date."
21
22
23
What are the different ways to personalize my card message?
24
Choose which of three message types that will appear inside the card, then write your message! When writing, make sure to include all components of the card's message (the greeting, main body message, closing, & signature) and format it with line breaks. Keep it simple and personalized from YOU.
Typed messages should be no more than 500 characters max.

Message Type 1: Type a uniform messageMessage Type 2: Handwrite a uniform message (surcharge applies - see Order Choices tab)
29
Type your message (including the greeting, main body message, closing, signature, and all line breaks) and paste it in the message column of the CSV template.Use a tablet & digital pen to handwrite your message, which we print inside the card. Use a 5x7 aspect ratio for your image. Email your image file to us when you complete your order choices and data upload!

My data are arranged differently than your column labels – is that okay?
42
The columns & corresponding labels included in this template are a guide and starting point for you. You do not have to match the template exactly– columns can be added or rearranged based on how your data is arranged or what additional information you want to include. (e.g. Salutation, number of years as a client, etc.)
