Spreadsheets:

DATA sheets: (the most useful kind):
1. IIT-ORCR - just the josaa site data. since this is in excel, now you can apply filters directly here. (only IIT data here, datasheet 4 has ones attainable with mains rank) [source - JIC report]
2. allotment - Last year data on what branch was given to each student at the end of round 5 (blank = unalloted or withdrew seat) [source - JIC report]
3. josaa choice count - How many students put the specific branch in their choicelist. it is independent of priority order so is a weak metric to check branch popularity [source - JIC report]
4. mains-ORCR - Josaa site data with NIT, IIIT and GFTIs only [source - JoSAA site]
5. programme seats (2025 data) - Data from JoSAA seat matrix for all institutes. [source - JoSAA site]
6. total seats (2025 data)- Total seats (total by sum of male+female seats) [source - JoSAA site]

STAT sheets: (Parts of the DATA sheet showing certain statistics which might be good to see)
1. CS Choice - Number of people choosing CS for every IIT, should be a good metric to see college preference order
2. Statewise allotment% - The percentage of students who were alloted an IIT
3. Statewise allotment - IITs that were preferred by the students in each state.
4. Statewise count - The number of students who qualified in JEE Adv. in every state or union territory
5. Institutewise state count - This shows the state-wise distribution of students in every IIT.
6. Foreign student choices - IITs chosen by foreign candidates
