4. Enter in your email address
5. You will receive a forgot password link in your email
a. Look for thebrandsurgeon@synoint.com in your junk folder
6. Rest your password and login

How do I get reset or get a new password? To Reset your PW follow the below steps:

1️⃣ Click the link to re-set your password https://thebrandsurgeon.panels.synoint.com/login/
2️⃣ click *forgot your password*
3️⃣ enter your email and SUBMIT
4️⃣ check your email inbox or spam folder for an email from thebrandsurgeon@synoint.com and follow the instructions to reset your password
5️⃣ Update your profile (do this in order to qualify for research).
6️⃣ Earn - start earning from your first survey, you can do it in your own time

My email doesn’t work or has changedThe new system is as simple as:
o Click on Register
o Fill in your details
o Create a password
o Scroll down to fill in your profile details
o You will receive an email from thebrandsurgeon@synoit.com to “Activate your account”
o Look for it in your junk folder if you can’t find it

I have now logged in and what happens now?Surveys will appear on your dashboard whenever they are available, and you will receive an invitation email to complete surveys so that you know they are there.
Please make sure to keep profile up to date as this will allow you to do more surveys.
