| 1 | Kyler Murray | QB | Oklahoma | 5'10" | 207 | 9 1/2" | -- | -- | -- | 93
| Even if you take away Murray's obviously elite athleticism, he has the tools to play QB at a high level. Accuracy is elite, not just for consistently giving his WR a chance, but for putting it on the money. He maintains his arm strength and accuracy on the run, which increases the dangerous affect his mobilty has on the defense. Played behind a dominant o-line, so he hasn't been forced to make many quick decision under pressure - that could slow down his transition to the NFL.
| 2 | Dwayne Haskins | QB | Ohio State | 6'3" | 231 | 9 5/8" | 5.04 | -- | 28.5" | 91
| Haskins has the raw skills to develop into a quality starting quarterback. He's at his best standing in the pocket and launching the deep ball. The biggest obstacle to reaching his ceiling will be getting more comfortable dealing with pressure. He's easily flustered and quickly loses his mechanics when he feels pressure. His accuracy is good enough, but he lacks the elite ball placement that sets the top tier of quarterbacks apart.
| 3 | Daniel Jones | QB | #N/A | Duke | 6'5" | 221 | 9 3/4" | 4.82 | 7.00 | 33.5" | 80
| Ideal size. Good mobility. Production numbers hurt by a terrible supporting cast of WRs. Offense was simplified due to poor receivers, giving him a lot of high probability throws which limited his experience making decisions in the pocket. Accuracy is his best trait. Consistently delivers well placed balls when he has time to sit in the pocket. Can't anticipate pressure and struggles once he's under duress. Takes too many risks with the ball downfield. Can be hesitant to make decisions which leads to bad sacks and sometimes allows DBs to jump routes. NFL starter potential, but development may take time.
| 4 | Drew Lock | QB | Missouri | 6'4" | 228 | 9" | 4.70 | 7.03 | 31" | 69
| Lock has a big arm and throws a relatively consistent deep ball. He'll fit best in an offense that wants to challenge defenses downfield. Accuracy isn't terrible, but his ball placement is consistently off-target. He'll get the ball in a catchable position, but regularly makes his WRs work for it. He's a decent athlete who can roll out and make some throws on the run. Decision making under pressure is inconsistent and underdeveloped due to playing behind a very strong offensive line.
| 5 | Ryan Finley | QB | N.C. State | 6'4" | 213 | 9 1/2" | 4.74 | 7.20 | 30.5" | 67
| Boise State transfer. Played in a traditional pro style offense at NC State. Consistent accuracy in a clean pocket. Shows nice touch at all levels of the field. Arm strength is adequate. Can make questionable decisions under pressure. Benefitted from big receivers (Harmon, Meyers) to compete for contested catches. Has all the baseline traits needed to succeed, but not much more. Could be an ideal backup/spot starter.
| 6 | Jarrett Stidham | QB | Auburn | 6'2" | 218 | 9 1/8" | 4.81 | 7.28 | 31" | 66
| Baylor transfer, and looked like a future pro during his half season starting for the Bears. Gus Malzahn's high school offense made Stidham's talent look more limited than it is. Required to make a ridiculous percentage screens and other pre-determine reads but has the arm to throw downfield. Shows nice touch at all levels when given the opportunity. Growth may be stunted by Malzahn's offense - he doesn't have as much experience sitting in the pocket and making post-snap reads as other QBs. Looks unconfortable under pressure, but deserve some benefit of the doubt due to limited time spent dropping back and sitting in pocket. Far from a finished product, but good coaching at NFL level could turn him into a starter.
| 7 | Will Grier | QB | West Virginia | 6'2" | 217 | 9 3/8" | 4.84 | 7.09 | 34" | 64
| Good natural athlete. Arm strength isn't great but it shouldn't be a problem either. Competitive nature will endear him to some coaches, but it gets him in trouble in games. Takes a lot of risks and lacks the elite accuracy needed to get away with it. Also a risk taker with his legs, and it leads to bad sacks. Clearly has strong grasp of the offense and consistently delivers on-target strikes on short and intermediate throws to set up YAC. Throwing mechanics and footwork are messy - can look clean at times, but he gets lazy and loses focus. Will make a fun Day 3 gamble, but has a low probability of success based on his average arm and sloppy mechanics. He was probably a product of the system.
