Duties and Responsibilities: • Evaluate the eligibility of applicants for the RSU Admission Test and check their documents' authenticity and completeness for testing and enrollment purposes. • Administer the RSU Admission Test, ensuring proper coordination and adherence to testing standards. • Process and manage admissions applications efficiently, preparing the final list of qualified applicants for submission to the ARSGO Director for review and approval. • Assist RSUAT passers in their admission by providing enrollment schedules and lists of requirements based on their entry-level qualifications (e.g., high school or senior high school graduate, or transferee). • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate admission events and activities, supporting the ARSGO Director in these efforts. • Assist freshmen and transferee enrollment, helping to streamline the registration process. • Manage the Information System of the Admissions Unit, ensuring efficient operation and data integrity. • Oversee the proper documentation, storage, and retrieval of all office-related information, ensuring that documents are organized, accurate, and accessible when needed. • Ensure all office records, including policies, procedures, and internal memos, are updated and archived systematically, in line with institutional standards. • Manage the revision and updating process of all official documents, ensuring that any amendments or policy updates are accurately reflected and properly filed. • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, safeguarding the confidentiality of student information. • Perform other duties as assigned by the ARSGO Director. | RSU Main Campus- Admission, Registration and Scholarships and Grants Office | |||||||||||||||
