I have to describe the problem in detail
So far I am satisfied with the request system. Until my problem is solved, they keep contacting and asking the problem is sorted.

system inconvenience and annoyance
I like that there is a system that's it. I dislike the fact that the system is outdated. The home emaint has a tutorial of sorts to navigate the system. That's sad. It should be user-friendly with short prompts on how I should go about to submit a complaint. There is a lot of reading to do on the emaint home page.

Unless and until we call them again for a followup, they don't act fast.
I like that there is a portal that is extremely accessible to all of us. I don't like the reactive behavior of the facilities management. Especially in heating and air conditioning sort of things, I wish they were more proactive.

Through text message or whatsApp! Something easy and quick!
It seems complicated and bothersome. And most of time, I don’t know whom I need to ask for.
In MICA, every system is well connect with a MICA email, which is good. However, I don’t know whom I need to contact with that certain problem.

Communication with facilities management after you've submitted a ticket. If you need to show them anything related to a problem it is almost impossible to connect with them.
I pretty much don't like anything about it. The actual website portal isn't a mica.edu portal which means you have to remember a different website. The interface is complex and very unclear, especially when you want to click the "submit" button for your work order request. If you add a photo to the request, after uploading it, the photos enters a pool of thousands of other photos from other students/faculty so it can be difficult to find the photo you just uploaded. Adding the repair building/location is difficult especially for someone not familiar with MICA's building codes (BR for Brown, etc.) You have to put the location in two places to ensure Facilities Management sees it
