You have £1,200,000 to spend on your team

Teams can be a maximum of 30 athletes

The same athlete can not be picked twice in a team

Teams can be submitted throughout the XC season. However, teams will only be scored on races that occur after submission

Race results from both the Mens and Ladies Division 1 Surrey Cross Country League will be used for scoring

Scores are allocated depending on the position athletes finish in their race, 1st = 1 point etc. Lowest cumulative score wins

Team scores will be cumulative of Mens and Ladies performances

- Of the Men in your team 10 will score

- Of the Ladies in your team 5 will score

Of your (max 30 athlete) team if you don't have 15 athletes scoring missing athletes (X) will be scored a flat 150 points

- Scoring athletes with positions >150th will be scored at 150 points (therefore not penalising you vs. not having had the athlete)

Athlete pricing

Athletes who competed in the 2023-24 season are priced according to their average finishing position in the races they competed in

- Athletes with an average finishing position of 1st are priced at £100,000

- Athletes with an average finishing position of 75th are priced at £10,000

- Athletes with an average finishing position of 300th or more are priced at £5,000

- Athletes with an average finishing position between 1st and 75th are priced according to a linear scale between £100,000 and £10,000; e.g. 30th = £65,000

- Athletes with an average finishing position between 75th and 300th are priced according to a linear scale between £10,000 and £5,000; e.g. 100th = £9,000

Athletes who competed in Division 2 last year are prices as above but with a discount of £10,000

Athletes who did not compete in the last season are priced at a flat £75,000
