To update the overall totals, add email sends to the Email Metrics tab. Use the "Paint Format" tool, to copy the formatting for new Email Efforts that are added to the table. To hide rows, select the rows you would like to hide, right click and select "Hide Rows". Columns U-Z contain the Pivot table for the open, clicks, and unsubscribes.
