4. Ener your Perception modifier and traiing level; as before, don't include the "+" symbol for a positive modifier.
5. Enter the modifiers and training level for any other rolls you want me to roll secret checks on.

Skip any skills you don't want rolled!
Some skills are not listed (like Diplomacy and Athletics) as these are not normally secret checks by the GM.
