Can be found in the achievements tab marked * (the first)

For each creature is highlighted the level(s) with the highest count for that creature (yellow/blue depending on whether general/region)

For creatures appearing in multiple regions, green indicates it's the Island+map+level with the highest spawn count. Summarised in "Multiregion creatures" tab
