(Tony) Thong NguyenViterbi: BS Aero Eng2019thongdng@usc.eduIn case of time- and temperature sensitive healthcare products such as various vaccines, safe and timely delivery is crucial. Blockchain solutions could help speed up logistics, minimize discrepancies, create potential cost savings from streamlined processes, improve product visibility, and add transparency as products travel through the pharma supply chain.blockchain technologies (hyperledger), healthcare, safety, pharmaceutical distribution processI have been discussing the implementation of blockchain into the pharmaceutical distribution process with Prof. Kale. Currently, we are considering using a hybrid blockchain, hyperledger, that will only enable certain parties such as drug manufacturers, wholesalers, and others to join the consortium while keeping away uninvited guests. Consequently, I have some knowledge of blockchain technologies and a possible way to implement the startup's idea to the pharmaceutical industry. My background and fluency in Vietnamese will also be helpful when reaching out to the target audiences in Vietnam. I need business majors, CS majors with emphasis on iOS/Android Development, and anyone who are interested in utilizing blockchain to disrupt the healthcare industry and make medicines more transparent! Living in the United States, I have taken a lot of things for granted. One of them is access to safe medicines. However, people in many parts of the world do not have this priviledge. One concern today for those countries are the so-called "fake medicines" that are worsening patients' health instead of making it better. I want to develop a pharma distributing startup that will utilize blockchain technology to let the consumers know where their medicines are coming from and whether or not it's is the real deal. Karmel GrahamMarshall MBA2019karmelgr@usc.eduI have two projects I need a Viterbi engineer for. 1.) The Wave Wand. This is a play wand that reads wrist flick movements to control the actions of an accessory toy. I currently have an engineer writing the coding for it. We need an engineer with an interest/knowledge in simple robotics to create the accessory toys that require movement. Idea 2) A device that helps the hard of hearing pick up on verbal communication they are missing by transmitting the conversation into written words and downloading it onto a device. This was inspired by a software program being used in Japan for the hard of hearing. My daughter is partially deaf and I've seen first hand that she still misses verbal cues even though she has hearing aids. Idea 1) Stem toys. Idea 2) is health, education, software, AII have a marketing background. If you read the description and feel that you can fill a role, please contact me. I'm not an engineer. I cannot say specifically who I need.We have a rude prototype of the Wave Wand. The hearing aid supplement is a concept, but I will search for more information or try to find the program I watched.

Create an online platform that will give Independent Hotels a competitve advantage against Name Brand Chain Hotels & Motels by allowing them to customize the stay of their guest. This will be done by allowing guest to choose the amount of hours they will stay 1 to 8 hours & also by outsourcing room service because Independent Hotels do not provide room service for their guest.
HospitalityI have strong business skills in Organizing, Selling, and Managing. I have 15+ years of corporate experience mainly in the retail banking industry, restaurant & bar experience, and outside & retail sales B2B & B2C. I need an individaul that can code for ios/android and web development basically a tech founder. There are platforms like this that already exist but they only use 3 to 4 star hotels because they have 24 hour in-house maid service that can clean and flip rooms for the next guest. I have already done some customer discovery and have come up with a solution to be able to clean and flip rooms for the following guests at Independent Hotels due to the fact that they do not have in-house maid service. This idea will also help Independent Hotels to provide room service for their guest by outsourcing this service, currently Independent Hotels dont provide room service. The employees at Name Brand Chain Hotels and Motels are Unionized which causes these hotels/motels to have higher operational cost and less flexibility to customize the stay of their guest at an affordable price. I have spoken to an individual that might be willing to create/code a minimal viable product/MVP but he is not a viterbi student and I'm also recruiting an individual for Marketing & Branding (Sales). If you are interested please contact me ASAP and we can discuss further 562-715-3998.
