Community matters. As the COVID-19 situation evolves there will be folks in our neighbourhood who need help – and those who are able to lend a hand. Help your neighbours by sharing and updating this spreadsheet.

1. Share the ways in which you can help. From dog walking to supply drop-off, to food donations, to phone calls with someone feeling lonely.
2. Review the volunteering guidelines released by Ottawa Public Health. They are in a tab along the bottom.
3. Ask for help if you need it. Reach out to anyone here offering support, or place a request in the "Request List" tab.
4. Add to our list of community resources.
