REFLECT PIN AND BOUNDARIES ON THE FIELD APPRAISAL & ASSESSMENT SHEET(FAAS)	80% of Base/Tax Maps covering the entire municipality were prepared & made ready as basic reference.			113 Base Maps were completely prepared out of the 75 maps targeted after receit of approved tax declarations.				4	5	4.50

29		1. UPDATE TMCR's	- 100% of returned Tax Declarations were reflected at their respective TMCR's.			70 TMCRs were correctly updated and entered into TMCR Books which exceeded the 37 targeted TMCRs after receipt of approved Tax Declarations.			5	4	5	4.67

31		C.1.) APPROVED SCHEDULE OF FAIR MARKET VALUE(SMV)
32		ACTIVITIES:

GATHERING OF SWORN STATEMENTS AND DEED OF CONVEYANCES TO BE USED AS BASIS FOR THE PROPOSED SMV	Assessed Value per RPU are finally computed based on the newly approved Schedule of Market Value by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.										Still waiting for the newly approved Schedule of Market value by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in order to start GR proceedings.
34		C.2.) UPDATED INVENTORY OF ALL REAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY
35		1. FIELD VALIDATION	80% of all RPU's are inventoried & new Tax Declarations are approved.										Still waiting for the newly approved Schedule of Market value by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in order to start GR proceedings.
