Instructions: Columns J & K are for Descriptions (Column J) and for the Title III Codes (Column K). Anything that is coded as "ADMIN" cannot exceed 2% of the overall grant for that year. The overall grant for that year DOES NOT include any carryover. Cells H 106-H108 will calculate the ADMIN costs and tell you if you are "Good to Go" or "Check ADMIN fields".
