All agencies that receive FTA funds passed through the Florida Department of Transportation as subrecipients are required to complete the DBE Semi-Annual Report. Applicable grant programs include:

Contract Reporting Requirement Applicability

All contracts that have been awarded, paid, or completed with any amount of pass-through federal funding assistance within the reporting period should be included in the report. Only the federally funded portions of the contract should be included in the report. This means the local match or any other funding sources should not be.
