Insert your daily activity on the spreadsheet daily or weekly! Include type of activity and time, rounded to the nearest 5 minute mark (for example, if you ran 32 minutes you'd write 30. If you ran 34 minutes, you'd write in 35.) If you do multiple workouts in 1 day, just add ALL the times together and list the activities (example, Run/Yoga/Weights 2 hr 45 min) In order to be entered into the drawing at the end of the month, you must complete your entries for the previous week by MIDNIGHT on Fridays at the end of each week. At the end of the month, everyone who participated will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE month at the Hayward Fitness Fanatics studio. This is an 'on your honor' system, we trust that what you enter is truly what you've completed to the best of your knowledge.
