3/26/2026Kaleb Houle-LawrenceTo whom it may concern, My name is Kaleb Houle-Lawrence, and I am an undergraduate student at Stanford University. I am conducting academic research on school district fiscal policy and teacher workforce stability in New Hampshire. My research focuses on understanding how local budget processes affect educational institutions across the state, and I am building a comprehensive dataset of NH school district financial and voting records. I am writing to request the following data for the Governor Wentworth Regional School District for the years 2012 through 2025. I am happy to accept this in any format that is convenient for you, including spreadsheets, PDFs, or annual reports. Budget Vote Results (per year): - Yes votes on the proposed operating budget - No votes on the proposed operating budget - Proposed operating budget amount - Default budget amount Collective Bargaining Agreement Votes (per year with a vote): - Yes votes on CBA warrant articles - No votes on CBA warrant articles Financial and Staffing Data (per year): - Per pupil expenditure - Total teacher count - Average teacher salary - Total student enrollment Additional Notes: - Please flag any years in which a special vote on town withdrawal or district reorganization was held, along with the outcome of that vote. - If town-by-town vote breakdowns are available for any of the above warrant articles, I would greatly appreciate those as well. I already have Warrant Article data from the March 2023 and 2024 votes. Additionally, I have financial data on everything except student enrollment from those two years. If you could just provide those estimates for those two years, hopefully that can help reduce the request load. I recognize this is a significant request, and I am grateful for whatever you are able to provide. If some of this data is already publicly available through annual reports or district websites, please feel free to point me in that direction rather than compiling it manually. All data will be used solely for academic research purposes with the intent to publish. I am happy to share my findings with the district upon completion. Thank you sincerely for your time and assistance. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. If this request is directed to the wrong office, please let me know so I can request it from the appropriate office. Best regards, Kaleb Houle-Lawrence Stanford University khoule13@stanford.edu

1/26/2026Chris FergusonGood morning: I am writing to make a public records request for general data from the middle and high schools in your district. Note, I am only looking for general school data, not identifying student data. I am looking for data for several school years. Those are 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025. I am looking to separate out information by high and middle schools. I am looking the following information. For each school year, broken out by middle and high schools: Did the school have a cellphone policy and what was it (e.g., away during class, total ban in locked pouch or locker, etc.)? If there was no formal policy (i.e., left to the teacher), you can just report as “no.” How many students were in middle and high schools? How many students were suspended in middle and high schools? How many students were suspended specifically for violations of cellphone policies in middle and high schools? What were overall school GPAs in middle and high schools? How many mental health referrals were made for students in middle and high schools? How many students were seen by mental health specialists? Number of reported bullying incidents in middle and high schools. Please note that this is for a research project involving numerous districts and is not focused specifically on your district. Any documentation that outlines why the Superintendent believes this grading scale change is a positive thing for all students including those who perform well academically under the current system. 4. 4/16/2024Jessica WilliamsHello, It has come to my attention and has been confirmed by Principal Formulari, that there is an unprecedented survey being sent to parents regarding the conduct and leadership of Coach Mike Potenza. Mr. Formulari has informed me that this is the first survey in history that has gone out to parents. After speaking with Principal Formulari, I have several questions that I would like answered. You may consider this email a formal Right-to-Know Request should it come to that. 1. Please provide the name of the person/staff member who wrote the survey regarding the Boys Hockey Coach. 2. Please provide the dates and a description of the training received and certification held by the person who wrote the survey. Please include transcripts, certificates, or diplomas on the subject. 3. Please explain why SOME parents received surveys and others did not. My son's father did not receive a survey and 50% of the parents I have contacted have NOT received surveys. How are you picking and choosing who to reach out to?
4. Please show all copies/versions of the survey. I brought it to Mr. Formulari's attention that the survey was in fact NOT anonymous as I could easily read the other comments left by parents. I have screenshots of these which I have shared with others. 5. Please provide the written complaints or notes held by any staff member regarding Coach Mike Potenza. Of course, redact student information when appropriate, but be very careful in your redactions so that they are not overreaching as to obscure the content of the complaint. 6. Please provide all reviews from any year while Coach Potenza was a coach at GWRSD. That is all for now. Thank you, Jessica Williams

Dear Caroline, You wrote, "per RSA 91-A," and then you put some other words in quote marks directly afterward. An unsuspecting person might, if he were gullible, or unfamiliar with the statute, think that you had quoted RSA 91-A. You did not, however, quote RSA 91-A. The sentence that you put in quote marks does not appear in the statute: https://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/vi/91-a/91-a-mrg.htm It looks like you copied and pasted that sentence from this PDF: https://www.nh.gov/osi/planning/resources/conferences/spring-2015/documents/right-to-know-law-session-materials.pdf. Although the PDF is hosted at an nh.gov URL, it bears the New Hampshire Municipal Association, so it was probably created by that organization. In any case, it is not, contrary to what you claimed, RSA 91-A. It's also 8 years out of date. I think that when you claim to cite a legal statute, you should cite the actual statute. But what do I know? I don't have a PhD. Please deliver to me, as soon as possible, the minutes for the April 3, 2023, school board meeting. Thank you.4/12/20234/12/2023
