Original audio aka the "Imagine the stories ____ would tell if they had a Netflix documentary” trend
This might be one of our favourite trends this week because it's so easy to recreate. All you need to do is sit in front of the camera like you’re being interviewed and add the text “Imagine the stories ___ would tell if they had a Netflix documentary.” Need some inspo? Take a look at how @timnathkidsdentistry did it.
11
Original audio aka the “piano montage” trend@idanarad creates a beautiful beach montage with this trending audio, proving that a little editing goes a long way. All you need are two clips that flip back and forth to create the effect. It's perfect for travel content, product reveals, or anything that deserves a cinematic glow-up.

Original audioLooking for one audio that works with pretty much everything? This is it. We love how @jessithefarmer uses it to show off her harvest ahead of the farmers' market, but it works just as well for products, behind-the-scenes moments, day-in-the-life content, or whatever your brand is up to this week.

Where'd All the Time Go? trending audioThis nostalgic "then vs. now" trend is still going strong thanks to graduation season. We love how @roganmeg uses it to show the journey of a magician they know, but brands can easily adapt it to showcase their own evolution.
15
Original sound aka the “inspiring moments” trendIf your feed could use a little hope, this one's for you. @amyrosealexandra pairs the audio with simple clips and just the right amount of manifestation energy. It's perfect for founder stories, milestones, community moments, or reminding your audience why you do what you do.
16
Original sound aka the “Give me ten” trendLove Island sounds are still taking over TikTok, and this one is all about pretending something will only take 10 minutes when we all know it won't. @andrewperezx jokes about hitting snooze, but social media managers have endless ways to make it their own: "Give me 10 minutes to check the comments," "Give me 10 minutes to draft this post," or "Give me 10 minutes to make one small edit.".

20
Original audio aka the “Don’t tell your dreams to everybody around” trendThis trending audio is a great way to share your goals, dreams, and progress without it feeling like a humble brag. @mash_event_stylist does this really well by using the audio to highlight their work. 21
Original audio aka the “I need to take a few days break” trendA very relatable audio for anyone who has ever looked at their calendar and immediately needed a vacation. @sobeitph uses motion and quick clips to keep people watching, but this one can work even if you’re not travelling.

Original audio aka the “you cannot reason with a tiger” trendA fun before-and-after trend! Most creators are using it for gym progress, but @varenik_art shows how easily it can work for brands by using it to promote their art page.
29
The Official FIFA World Cup 26™ ThemeWith the World Cup hype starting to build, FIFA-related content is popping up everywhere. There are definitely some restrictions around branded content and FIFA, but you can still join the conversation in a more subtle way. @the_alpine_edits does this well by using the trending audio with their own clips instead of directly leaning into FIFA branding.
30
Original audioThis audio is still going strong because it’s incredibly flexible. @luxeround uses it to promote their golf content in a funny, relatable way – proving that sometimes the best use of trending audio is just pairing it with content your audience already loves.

Original sound aka the “I have more friends than just myself” trendThis trend is perfect for showing the humans behind a brand, especially for remote teams. The joke is revealing that yes, you do have friends – they’re just people you mostly see through a screen. We love how @jennyhoyosfr uses it, and brands could easily adapt it for team intros, company culture, or showing off your work besties.
33
Original sound aka the “It’s okay to ____” trendThis one is a fun way to give your audience permission to do something very relatable by contrasting it with something outrageous. Take a look at how @bowenscreek uses it to promote their cafe!
34
Original soundThis transition audio is still having a moment. While creators like @tylabeausmith are using it mostly for makeup before-and-afters, the format works for any kind of transformation. Brands can use it for product reveals, office glow-ups, packaging changes, website redesigns, or any satisfying “look how far we’ve come” moment.

Original audio aka the “what if we just” trendWe love how @birdandjim uses this audio to turn a simple idea into a mini adventure. 38
Original audio aka the “let’s do it” trend@flourandspiceblog uses this trending audio perfectly by pairing it with a recipe she’s creating. This sound is great for showing a process, a new idea, or something you’re excited to make happen. Brands can use it for launches, new products, experiments, or those “okay, we’re finally doing this” moments.
39
Original audio aka the “Describe your job, but make it sound illegal” trendWe are still LOVING this trend. People are overlaying text that describes their job in the most suspicious way possible, and @dr_saami absolutely nails the format. Social media managers, you could try something like: "I monitor thousands of people daily and study their behaviour," or "I make my coworkers stand in front of a camera, then distribute the footage across the internet." The more technically true and vaguely concerning it sounds, the better.

Original sound aka the “Okay, wow, first thought, transcending the game” trendThis trend is all about discovering something so good you immediately need to share it – and @lunapoprocks shows how simple the format can be. Imani Williams & DJ Fresh) trending audioThe new season of Love Island is officially underway, which means the internet has found another excuse to make everything about Love Island. We love how @scaff17 uses this sound to make it relatable. Even if you can’t use the audio itself, you can still join the conversation through memes, reactions, hot takes, and references your audience will instantly understand.

Original sound aka the “No, no, no, don’t do that” trendWe've been seeing this one both as a CapCut template and as a lip-sync trend. @springrollcentral uses it for a relatable relationship moment, but brands can easily adapt it for those situations that make you immediately panic. Think clients asking for one more revision, a surprise meeting invite, or an email arriving five minutes before you're about to log off.
51
Original sound aka the “Crashing out” trendPeople are using this trend to share the things that have them on the verge of a crash out – like how @ellahperryy uses it for internal panic. For brands, this could be platform updates, algorithm changes, or explaining for the hundredth time why social media isn't free.
52
Original sound aka “Love Island season 8” trending audioThe new season of Love Island is here, which means the audio is starting to pop up everywhere. @elenaisabel__ leans into the excitement around the new season, but you don't need to be creating Love Island content to use it. The sound works just as well as background audio for lifestyle content, team moments, or anything that taps into the excitement of a big cultural moment.

Original audio by somewhere_thats_greenThe perfect audio for two colleagues who are having a bit too much fun. This example by @confiacollective is accompanied by the caption "When the owner realizes that *these two* are on shift together." We've also seen the audio used with just the shenanigans.
57
Original audio by ccc_dramaclub (“Up, two, three, four, keep it up, two, three, four”)This video trend is back! It involves a ladder, two taller people, and one smaller person in the middle. Caption it along the lines of "when you're small but trying to help anyway", similar to @wolfcoveinn. You could also flip the script and showcase products. For instance, if you're a clothing brand, you could put 2 longer dresses at the ends and one shorter one in the middle.

Original sound by movieclips225 - My brother! Gru, Dru!Despicable Me is trending! Specifically, the clip when Gru meets his new brother Dru. 60
Original sound by Taliyah Joelle, “I don’t feel so good . . .”The, "We don't feel so good . . . I think we need a [insert anything]" trend. This example by @brooklynandbailey says "Graduate" but it can also be "New Pet", "Promotion", "Trip", "Family Reunion", and more.
61
Original sound by Aguwalkerduh, “Bad news for my wallet . . .”"Bad news for my wallet. I hate . . ." This is a trend that really only requires a picture and something to end the sentence. In this example, the creator @amandalunamaria said they hate all of their clothes last summer. For your brand, it might be "cooking for myself", "doing my own blowouts", "making my own coffee", and more.

69
Original sound aka the “How it feels when ____” trendPeople are using this sound to dramatize painfully relatable moments. @b.flipz1 uses it to joke about being so busy at work he forgets to eat. 10 out of 10 trending audioThe best part about this trend is that you don’t even need to lip-sync. Most creators are just pairing the audio with B-roll of something they’re obsessed with – like how @grovehavenlife uses it alongside clips of a golden retriever puppy. For brands, this is a great opportunity to showcase a product, routine, food order, workspace, or anything your community would immediately want.
74
Original audio aka the “Seeing if the algorithm prefers…” trendThis trend is still going hot! The format is simple: “seeing if the algorithm prefers the video I spent ___ hours on or this quick clip of ___,” followed by something completely random like how @itslifewithp just stands for the camera doing nothing.
75
Original audio aka the “Spotted at the Korean baseball game” trendAlthough this started as an AI trend, there are plenty of ways to recreate it without AI. @saimahhsk uses the trend to place herself at a baseball game, but brands could easily replicate the concept using Canva, Photoshop, a green screen, or even filming at a real stadium.

78
Original sound aka the “my camera roll is full” trend@mummy_and_themunirtwins uses this trend to show how quickly their twins have grown up through old camera roll clips. 79
“Oh child” trending audioThis trend starts with three clips of you as a child before revealing who you are now in the fourth clip. @claraboucher4 does a great job using it to create an emotional contrast, and it’s a surprisingly effective way to bring more personality and humanity into your content — especially for personal brands or founders.

84
Dreams by The CranberriesA softer, more low-key audio that works beautifully for subtle storytelling moments. I love how @_melissaloren_ties ties it into their photography business by showing expectations versus reality, but this could easily work for behind-the-scenes content or reflective moments too.
