GOTV Shift & Packet Report is a document that will help your campaign stay on track hour by hour throughout GOTV. This document will help you track volunteers and your packets and distrbute resources effectively.

This document interacts with data entered by Staging Location Directors and Field Organizers via a Google Form to track shifts and packets from each staging location.

This report tracks shifts day by day at the staging location level. Each staging location will be responsible for entering their numbers at the start of every shift.

This report also takes data that you track in VAN's MyCampaign adds it to the report so that you can compare the number of expected shifts throughout the day to judge whether a Staging Location is on track to walk or call all its packets.

On the GOTV Setup tab, enter in your dates for GOTV, shift times, name of staging locations, and organizers assigned to each Staging Location.

On the GOTV Report Detailed tab in columns I-J, enter the number of packets for canvassing and calling available at each Staging Location.

Export VAN shift data from MyCampaign into VAN Shift Export tab.

Customize Google Form, and connect form data to the Form Responses Tab.

GOTV Report Detail
This displays GOTV shift, scheduled, and packet data by staging location for the current day of GOTV.

The report also shows which Staging Locations are opened, and who are submitted reports for a given shift time.

On this tab in columns I & J, you will entered the number of packets for Walk and Phone calls by staging location. This infromation will help estimate doors that have been and remain to be walked.
