14	Raptor Token		Your Raptor token. This identifier is tied to the account that is being updated

16	Debug Email		If set, Raptor FAST submissions will go here instead of being applied

18	Raptor FAST Submission uri	https://raptor.pccc.com/raptor_FAST_submit.cgim	Raptor FAST submission uri is where the Raptor client sends the list of email addresses
