7	#Race4Wanza	This event is more than just a race—it’s a tribute to our dear friend TyWanza Sanders and his lasting legacy. Through this event, we are proud to award $6,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors in Charleston, SC; over $25,000 awarded since the event’s inception. Tywanza, a man with a philanthropic spirit and a commitment to the achievement of youth in his community and beyond, was the youngest victim of the 2015 Mother Emanuel Church Massacre.
