15	1. Application deadline is 29 January 2024 (Monday). To be eligible for early bird offers, applications must be received on or before 12 January 2024 (Friday).
16	2. Please submit the soft copy (in Excel format) of this form to https://alt.jotfor.ms/233088698524469
17	3. Please name your excel file in the following format: School Name_EPS2024
18	4. Please settle the payment by 29 February 2024 (Thursday) or your application(s) may be considered invalid.
19	5. To settle the payment, please mail a crossed cheque payable to "The HKFYG Institute for Leadership Development Limited" to The HKFYG Leadership Institute, 302 Jockey Club Road, Fanling, N.T. Please indicate "The HKFYG EPS Contest 2024 Group Application Fee" on the envelope. If the school is paying, please write (a) the teacher's full name, (b) school name and (c) contact number on the back of the cheque. Please make sure the cheque will be arrived at our office by 2 February 2024 (Friday). If students are paying on their own, payment of application fees must be settled online. Payment instructions will be sent to students by email within one month upon receiving the application. Please remind students to add SC@leadershipinstitute.hk to their safe senders list/ address book so as not to miss any emails from us. This only applies to students who are paying the regular fees (with or without pre-contest training). Schools which are eligible for the Early Bird offer shall settle the payment by the school itself, as it is up to the school to determine which student(s) will enjoy the discounted application fees.
