5Extremely effectiveIris is an incredibly helpful and responsive person that understands the needs of students when she is asked for help. She shares a wealth of topical knowledge along with Professor Tyler and very well could have managed to teach the class as well. Her timeliness and discipline shows that she is a responsible worker and takes her obligations seriously, which reflects in the success and happiness of the class. I have to mention the amount my confidence in participating in this subject of my major has increased, as I did not think that I would have many abilities with data analysis software until now.

5Extremely effectiveIris was an absolutely amazing TA. I give her the highest marks possible. Rice should hire her as professor after she graduates because she is so great. She made things clear to me even though I had very little background with coding and was never frustrated when I was confused. She was extremely effective in the lab sections and during class sections and made sure that no student was left behind. She was also very accessible through office hours, email, and any other assistance students needed. Please keep her at Rice!!

5Extremely effectiveIris was a great help to me and my project group throughout the semester. Charged with running the coding labs for our class, Iris was very responsive to student questions and assisted me on numerous occasions when I couldn't quite figure out the problems on my own. She did a great job assisting while still leaving room for me to learn the content, and I am thankful to have had her as the TA for our class.

5Extremely effectivethe TA in this class played a huge role in our success in this class this semester. she was very responsive and even stayed after hours to help us with our labs and coding problems. I appreciate having her in this class

5Extremely effectiveIris is an amazing TA. She is great at explaining things. She is not one to sugarcoat but her advice is constructive and very helpful. I always felt better leaving her office hours and I always felt comfortable going to her for help.

5Extremely effectiveIris has been very helpful in terms of both answering my coding questions and providing suggestions for my final project. She is very good at giving direct and constructive feedback, which I found very helpful. She is also very nice and willing to help whenever I have a question. She is one of the best TAs I have ever met at Rice:))))
