WELCOME! I hope you all enjoyed your summer vacation! Now for the grind time of XC season. Some key motives we will have to remind ourselves this year are to get enough sleep, eat nutrient dense foods, hydrate, and stretch. Don't forget to have lots of fun, too! We are club anyways and we welcome anyone regardless of how much you have ran in the past! ;)
