Appendix : Machine Readable List of Whistleblower Cases

This appendix provides in machine readable format all of the cases used in Dyck, Alexander, Adair Morse and Luigi Zingales. 2010. "Who Blows the Whistle on Corporate Fraud?" Journal of Finance. In addition, the file provides additional information on the start date (suitbegst) and enddate (suitendst) for each fraud, the actor we identified as the whistleblower (whistleblower) and codes that will allow the researcher to match with established databases (ticker, gvkey).
