INSTRUCTIONS

This file contains the templates to use if you want to add you vocabulary as a non-standard vocabulary with or without mappings to standard terms accompanied by an example.

If you want to add 1:many mappings, please insert separate rows per each mapping. Same goes for multiple synonyms.

Please make sure that you fill the checklist (last spreadsheet) and metadata (first spreadsheet) before you submit.

Each table is accompanied by an example on how to fill it. Example is based on https://github.com/OHDSI/Vocabulary-v5.0/issues/794
