I'm excited to share this comprehensive trading journal with you, completely free of charge. This Google Sheet is packed with features that you won't find in other trade journals,
all designed to help you track and analyze your trades with ease.

Navigating the Tabs

Tab 1: How to Use
You're here! This tab explains how to use the trading journal.

Tab 2: Transaction
This is the only tab you need to edit. Enter all your trade details here.
The other tabs will automatically update based on the information you input.

Tab 3: All Details
This tab displays detailed analytics of your trades, calculated automatically.
It includes information like SL%, position sizing, exit details, and more.

Tab 4: Open Trades
Track your open positions with live data from Google Finance.
Ensure you enter the exchange name and ticker symbol correctly in the Transaction tab to avoid errors.

Tab 5: Summary
This tab provides a summary of all your transactions, broken down by month and year.
You'll see your overall performance, including capital deployed, account value, PNL, ROI, and more.

How to Use the Transaction Tab
First Row:
In the first row, record your initial deposit by entering the details in the "Withdrawl / Deposit" column.

Entering Trade Details:
For each trade, fill out a new row with the following information:

Exchange as per Google Finance: Enter the exchange name (e.g., NSE) from Google Finance.
Ticker Name: Enter the ticker symbol (e.g., RELIANCE) from Google Finance.
Quantity, Entry Price, Stop Loss (SL): Enter the number of shares, your entry price, and the stop loss price.
Trailing SL: If you are trailing your SL, enter the new SL here; otherwise, leave it blank.
Exit Details: You can enter up to three partial exits. For each exit, record the date, quantity, and exit price. If you exit entirely in one go, enter these details in the Exit 1 columns.
Deposit/Withdrawal: If you make additional deposits or withdrawals, enter the details here. Remember to use negative numbers for withdrawals.
Remarks: Add any comments about the trade, such as a TradingView chart link or your thoughts on the trade.

What Not to Edit
Locked Tabs: The "How to Use", "All Details," "Open Trades," and "Summary" tabs are locked.
These tabs are complex and require advanced expertise to modify. All data here is calculated automatically based on your entries in the Transaction tab.

Understanding the Calculations
All Details Tab:
This tab calculates everything from your SL% and position sizing to your PNL and ROI. It tracks how much you've exited, the profit earned,
how long you've held the position, and more.

Open Trades Tab:
This tab shows live prices from Google Finance and tracks your unrealized PNL, today's PNL changes, open risk amounts, and more.

Summary Tab:
This tab provides a comprehensive overview of your trading performance. It summarizes your monthly and yearly PNL, ROI,
and other key metrics, giving you insights into your trading habits and success rates.
