Alignment OpportunitiesShows where two or more Subcommittees are working on connected topics. The plain-language descriptions explain what each group is doing and suggest a practical way to divide the work. These are discussion suggestions, not final assignments.

Duplication ReviewShows work that may be similar or closely connected. An item listed here does not mean it should be removed. The purpose is to decide whether ECAC can use one shared product or process and clearly assign who leads each part.

Source WordingThe Master Workplan sheet keeps the original workplan wording. The Alignment Opportunities and Duplication Review sheets use simpler explanatory language to help members review connections and possible overlap before discussion.
