The suit claims that Apple has been aggressively poaching A123 engineers since June. 71	A proposed change to US rules around obtaining warrants would allow US government agencies to do "remote access" searches of computers, tablets and smartphones even if their physical location is concealed. Right now, warrants can only be granted by judges if the warrant is executed inside that judge's jurisdiction. Google opposes the move, and yesterday filed a comment with the government opposing the change.
