24	Terms and Conditions:
25	Booking and Payment a. A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm the booking 7 days in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid on the event date. b. The customers shoud inform us ASAP for cancellation. The deposit will be refunded according to the time of cancellation being made as the table as below:

31	Use of Venue a. The venue may be used for private events, such as parties, meetings, and workshops. b. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of the venue complies with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to noise levels, capacity, and alcohol consumption. c. The customer is responsible for any damages to the venue or equipment during the event. Equipment and Services a. The coffee shop will provide the use of tables, chairs, and other equipment as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. b. The customer may request additional services, such as catering or audiovisual equipment, at an additional cost. c. The coffee shop reserves the right to refuse any requests for additional services or equipment. Liability and Insurance a. The customer assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. b. The coffee shop is not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer's property during the event. Termination of Agreement a. The coffee shop reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. b. In the event of termination, the coffee shop will refund any rental fees paid by the customer, less any costs incurred by the coffee shop as a result of the termination. By booking the venue, the customer agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein. The coffee shop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
