Here, you will find ABCD's Minimum Viable Docs designed to facilitate action. This document is constantly evolving, and we encourage everyone to contribute, offer suggestions, and share their insights with good intentions. In addition to this document, our Telegram chat will serve as a playground for ABCD.

As we progress, we will develop further guidance in collaboration with our members, ensuring their consent and participation.

What is ABCD?ABCD (Asia Based Community DAOs) emerged from deep conversations among DAO builders in Asia. Our unique approach to DAOs stems from a deep-rooted emphasis on community, reflecting our cultures, histories of coordination, and ways of living. We recognize that Asia faces distinct societal challenges that can contribute to solving the specific issues faced in Asia. Furthermore, we sought to provide a distinctly Asian cultural viewpoints and context to the global community, fostering cross- cultural understanding and collaboration. In our exploration, we discovered common challenges encountered by Asian DAO builders and saw the importance of mutual support and stronger coordination. Along this journey, we began co-creating narratives to contribute to a more inclusive and vibrant Web3 ecosystem, striving for a healthier and more equitable digital future.

ABDC Gathering?Our goal is better understand each other's work, challenges, and unique contexts. We want to build the foundation for our shared narratives that can enhance inclusivity and promote a thriving Web3 ecosystem. We recognize the importance of fostering diversity, inclusiveness, and cultural richness in the growth and adoption of DAOs worldwide. By interweaving our unique stories, perspectives, and values, our aim is to cultivate a global ecosystem that embraces a wide range of voices from Asia, advocating for a holistic and fairer vision of Web3.
In pursuit of this vision, ABCD is being established as a platform to unite Asian DAO communities, foster collaboration, and harness our collective wisdom to explore the potential of DAOs in addressing region-specific challenges. Through our community-centered approach and commitment to empowering one another, we strive to forge a path towards a brighter future, where DAOs thrive and significantly contribute to the betterment of Asian societies and the global community as a whole.To accomplish this mission, it is crucial that we COME TOGETHER and engage in meaningful interactions. By connecting on a human level, we seek to understand each other's stories and motivations, building a foundation of mutual learning and growth.
