This report includes information on the percentage of graduates in the district who demonstrated evidence of a postsecondary plan prior to their graduation. The report also includes the percentage of students by the type of postsecondary pathway they demonstrated evidence for. If a graduate successfully demonstrates evidence for any of these postsecondary plans, they are included in the overall percentage of graduates with a Concrete Plan. This report includes information on the Learn.Plan.Succeed. completion rates from School Year 2019-2020 through the current year.
