We encourage you to be in black attire for the performance. Bathroom/changing room space is limited on-site). 2:00-4:30 pm: Rehearsal 4:30-5:30 pm: Break, dinner provided 5:30 pm: Ready backstage 6:00-7:00 pm: Show 7:00-8:00 pm: After-party food/drinks, pick-up students by 8:00pm (pick-up participants in the circular drive) Attire All black, comfortable, semi-formal: button down shirts and dresses welcome. Notes Music stands needed Guest Attendance - Because seating is more limited at this year’s venue, we are not yet sure how many seats we will be able to offer to AYE families. If space allows, we will reach out after May 1 to offer complimentary seats as we were able to do last year.
