The goal of this document is to provide examples of possible minor/major RUP violations for PLDs and what steps teachers and administrators can take regarding those violations.
Who to Contact for What:
Minor Violations - Teacher can redirect, set restrictions in the classroom, reteach, contact home as needed
Major Violations - Admin should be notified, contact with home made, meeting with student and/or teacher as needed
Librarian Support - can help problem solve appropriate steps to take, can help view student history/use, help support with reteaching RUP as needed (whole or small group/individual lessons)
District Support- Admin or Librarian can contact if further information is needed on student use or further restrictions are needed on student accounts

*Plan will need to be made for reteaching and when device use will resume
Plan for what to do in the event of an unexpected remote learning day

Playing games after reminders not toPornography (includes searches, image display, and image storage)Teacher/Admin documents in PowerSchool Behavior Reporting Form under Major Behavior. Principal will work with the librarian or building tech (if needed) regarding implementation of consequences. Admin will follow up with the reporting teacher. If a student is put on restriction, the net manager will email all student's teachers regarding time period of restriction.
