This is a very important training block for the TEAM. It's also a fun time to challenge and make huge progress

I consider cross country to be a summer sport that has competition in the fall. Summer is where you get the big gains and find consistency.

Our guys that competed at the state meet last fall all had consistent and purposeful summers of running.

Summer training is not only beneficial, it's extremely fun and self paced. You get choices on how hard you want to push and what you want to achieve in training. You are in control

Have a dream, do everything for the team. Purpose greater than yourself.

Next man up mentality, train as the best to be the best - winning mindset

Make it about your training, not about your goals. Mission oriented vs. goal oriented. The training is really fun when you guys commit to it.
