Pool Cover and Closing VolunteersIn exchange for us using the Elks Lodge year round for our meetings, swimming and special events like Bridge of Honor and bake sales baking. Regatta MateWorks with Youth Regatta Boatswain to train, plan, and register for Regattas. Regatta season is Spring, with three, one or two day Regatta events.Wendy

Advancement MateEnters Scouts rank advancements in Scoutbook, tracks their service hours, and encourages them to complete and confirm their completion of rank advancement requirements. Helps Scouts schedule their Bridge of Review (short discussions to gain feedback on Scouts recent experiences) Acquires patches for rank advancements and awards. Organizes Bridge of Honor events to confirm which Scouts will be recognized. Supports the training and tracking of Scout Advancement Skill Learning. Principal advisor to youth members and officers on advancement.Chris connect in late May 2026

Medical Form CoordinatorKeep track of Scout and Adult A, B and C forms, monitor expirations and collect updated forms. Track COVID waivers and vax status as required.
