One person 8 day PCT backpack in Washington with food and water
4
Torres del PaineThis list with a few tweaks is also what we used for Patagonia. There we bought food when possible, so carried less. No cell phone due to no coverage. Always got water from refugios or camps except once. Then used tablets as water was cloudy. Used every clothing item.

This is heavier than our standard jmt/pct packlist because of expected severe fall weather in Washington. We have a 4 season tent, and a larger volume pack than usual. We also have a GPS and cell phone
