New Vertava Health has launched offering Telehealth services nationwide - as well as Residential, PHP, IOP and OP levels of care. I am a resource in the community to help place those in need in treatment that meets their needs.

We have a new NP that is in the process on getting on Cigna, Aetna, United, but patient would be self pay initially until that process is completed. We are expecting even further delays there.

Just to clarify, we accept TN Care and commercial insurance for the eating disorders IOP program, which is being provided virtually. All outpatient psychotherapy and nutrition therapy is private pay, and is also being provided virtually.

Just to clarify, we do accept SCAs from TNCare for eating disorder patients, but not substance use. Also, we are currently providing virtual PHP levels of care for both ED and SUD, as well as virtual IOP programs for both primary diagnoses.

Harmony Oaks Recovery Center is a 20 bed php/iop primary substance abuse and primary mental health facility located in Chattanooga Tennessee. They do not have to have substance abuse criteria to enter php. If they have any mental health issues we can address them.

Accepting new clients for one on one therapy utilizing Telehealth only at the moment.

We specialize in Individuals with Autism Spectrum or Other Neurodevelopmental disorders from the ages of 6-17 years old. Areas of care include, self-care, inability to communicate needs, ADLs, Social skills, motor planning, aggressive/safety concerns, etc.
Types of treatment we use is Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children (TEACCH) and Behavior Therapy. While receiving treatment at Norris Academy, residents will receive weekly individual therapy, weekly family therapy, various group therapy options (in the form of group process, nursing groups, educational groups and milieu groups).

In addition to the therapeutic interventions described above, residents may also benefit from a variety of other services provided by Norris Academy. Depending on a resident’s needs, they may be recommended to participate in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy to assist with different clinical presentations.

We also have Partial Hospitalization for MH and SA. We have IOP for adults and adolescents in Cleveland.

This enables a team of a Horse, licensed therapist, certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapy professional and client to have a goal oriented, hands on, simple approach for mental health treatment. I also offer Equine Assisted Emotion Management which consists of a Horse, EAP professional, and client.
