3 | Aurora Rental Assistance Program | 1. Household income is at or below 100% of Area Median Income (see chart below); financial verification is required. 2. 4 | Broomfield FISH | To qualify for the "Bridge the Gap" program, applicants must meet all of the requirements below: 1. Be a current Broomfield Resident. 2. Have a household income that, as of March 1st, was at or under 80% Broomfield AMI (e.g, family of 1 annual income under $52,000/family of 4 annual income under $74,240). 3. Your household lost income due to COVID-19. 3.You can provide provide proof of: hardship, primary residence, income and housing cost. 4. If you are a seeking rental assistance, you do not receive any other public housing support vouchers (HCV, PBV, State or other). 5. 8 | Colorado Restaurant Association Angel Relief Fund | Angel Relief Fund grants are focused on restaurant and food & beverage service hospitality workers who meet one of the following criteria: 1. Diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19). 2. Who have been quarantined under doctor’s care. 3. Unable to receive government assistance. 4. Unemployed, furloughed, or underemployed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
9 | Denver Left Behind Workers Fund | To be eligible for the aid, an individual must demonstrate a loss of income related to the COVID-19 pandemic through layoffs, furloughs, a reduction in hours of 20 hours or more per week, or an unpaid leave of absence from work due to school or daycare closures, the need to care for family members, or the need to remain quarantined after possible COVID-19 exposure. The household must also be ineligible to receive both unemployment benefits and CARES Act funding. The Left Behind Workers Fund will disperse payments of $1,000 per eligible, displaced worker to help them address their most pressing emergency needs such as food, rent, bills, healthcare and transportation. Once Denver’s investment is disbursed, trusted nonprofit community partners engaged by the Fund will identify eligible applicants, including reaching into communities that are particularly vulnerable to displacement. The nonprofits will screen and approve eligible applicants for payments. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
10 | Denver Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance Program | 1. Provide proof of your household income. 2. Provide proof of Denver residency. 3. Provide proof of your rent due, or rent increase notice. 4. Provide information about the cause of your housing crisis (job loss, unsafe housing conditions, potential eviction, and/or shutoff notice). 5. 11 | Douglas County Emergency/General Assistance | The Douglas County General Assistance Program is intended to help with the one-time emergency need to address issues of health, safety and/or well-being. 13 | Englewood Rent Assistance Program | 1. The Rent Assistance Program is available to Englewood residents with a household income of 300% of the Federal Poverty Level or less. 2. Provide proof of who lives in your household (must be the ID’s or the lease showing all household members). 3. Provide proof of income for everyone in the household for the past month. This may include pay stubs, social security award letters, proof of child support, or proof of other income. 4. If applying due to job loss related to COVID-19, residents must provide proof of applying for unemployment compensation. 5. Applicants must provide a current signed lease. 6. Applicants must provide the landlord’s contact information; the named landlord must be willing to accept payment from Arapahoe County. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
