How can you differentiate? Thinking about all your different products and servicesWho has everyones contact details in a clear format?Produce a supplier list (with contact details) and think about each supplier, can you hold off payment, can they help you in other ways? if they are unable to supply who would you go to?What if you had to close the building for a considerable amount of time? Is there anything in the building you may need if it was closed and inaccessible for a long time?Do you need signage on your premises?Do enough staff know enough of your internal processes? Can you cross skill?

What opportunities may there be?Do you have everyone's personal email address / mobile phone number?What bills have to be paid, no matter what? What can be reduced temporarily?You need full remote access to all systems, including finance, customers, orders, invoicing, filesDo you have a clear list of customers including contact details and more importantly email addresses?Can you use different processes to increase cash flow

If people work from home, you need a policy and you need to agree a wage (reflective of how much work being done)Can you minimise any other overheads temporarily?How can you increase hygiene in the premises?How are you going to communicate to your existing customers to tell them what is going on?
