In order to use this template you first need to download it to your google drive.

Once downloaded you can and then share it with your team

1) Click FILE and select MAKE A COPY

2) Click on the NAME box and name your document (example: Broadcast Media Tracking Form for (your meeting or your service group))

3) Under FOLDER select "My Drive"

5) The document is now saved to your Google Drive. Click on to start using it.

1) Locate the document on your drive and rename it to Broadcast Media Tracking Form for (your meeting or your service group)

3) Click the SHARE button at the top left of the screen

4) Enter the email address of the people that you would like to share the document with and click DONE

5) You will be promited to NOTIFY PEOPLE and select their ROLL (Editor, Viewer, or Commentor)

Make sure that you have all people marked as EDITOR as that allows them to enter text into the Document
