This LCA questionnaire supports data collection from the farm-to-processing gate portion of the food and drinks business sector system boundary described in the figure below. It is set up to prompt a high level of detail on critical processes that impact the environment. Where possible, please be quantitative. However, we understand that not all information will be readily available. Please fill in as much information as you can and make note of the places where you will be unable to supply information. We will be able to fill most gaps using secondary data sources. Where necessary to provide greater detail, please attach related documents that answer the questions (ex: machinery specs). If you need assistance filling out the form or have any questions, let us know. If the product and manufacturing process data are readily available, the form will take a 2 hours maximum to complete.
