1. Make a copy of this calculator.

 a. If you have a Google account, go to File => Make a copy...

 b. If you don't, go to File => Download as => Microsoft Excel (.xlsx).

2. In the Calibration Calculator sheet, mouseover cells with a triangle in the upper right for additional help (not visible on mobile).

3. Green cells are required (Current Calibration Factor, Lap 1 Known Distance, and Lap 1 Measured Distance).

4. Choose the appropriate distance units using the dropdowns.

5. White cells are optional.

6. The orange cell is the new calibration factor.
