In this case study, the problem is to see how the global supply chain disruption and the pandemic have affected the export flows of company A from Vietnam to Belgium, in comparison with normal situations.

Data is already collected in our case study, so we skip the step of extracting external data to Excel

Date cleaning: follow the hints in sheet "Lead time" and see if you can improve the data setup. Appying "Conditional formatting" is recommended!

Part 2#3: Data analysis

The table of fomulas in the post is more or less what you need to calculate the data in this case study. Try to link "total cost" with "SUM", "averge lead time of a specific transport route" with "AVERAGE", the lead time/duration between two points with "DAYS" and so on. What can you see from your calculation?

Part 3#4: Data visualization

Follow the instruction in the post. Use data from sheet "Normal lead time", your calculation from sheet "Actual lead time" and sheet "Cost"
