What is this spreadsheet?

This spreadsheet tracks the items that are being considered for inclusion in the 2021 Edition. It also documents the milestones. In order to be considered for the edition, a feature must meet each of the various deadlines (e.g., it must have an accepted RFC or other formal decision by April 1).

Each edition work item has an owner (whoever is doing the work) and a liaison (someone who tracks the work and keeps the spreadsheet up to date). Those can be the same person.

The edition is being tracked and discussed on the #edition channel on the rust-lang Zulip.
